Special thanks to the public health heroes in Multnomah, Washington, Marion, Polk and Jefferson Counties for sharing their stories. This project is made possible in part through generous funding from Kaiser Permanente, in partnership with the Oregon Office of Rural Health.
“I love seeing people thrive and seeing people reach their optimum health. And, I love being part of that journey.”
