CDC Funding Opportunities:

    the CDC 18-1815 non-competitive grant;

      the CDC 18-1807 competitive State Physical Activity and Nutrition grant;

        the CDC 18-1817 a new, competitive opportunity – (“Innovative State and Local Public Health Strategies to prevent and Manage Diabetes and Heart Disease and Stroke”) that was released just yesterday, for state or local governments with population of 900K or more, or consortia of local/city/county health departments that represent 900K in population; and

          the CDC 18-1809 High Obesity Program grant, for general context (this funding is directed to counties with high obesity; no counties in Oregon are listed as eligible).
