AIMHI in Oregon
Aligning Innovative Models for Health Improvements in Oregon
This project was funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) and proposed to identify unknown barriers to implementing Public Health Modernization and work with state and local communities to develop a roadmap and tools to support moving forward with a new model for public health in Oregon. Working with the Public Health National Center for Innovations and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Oregon accessed a learning community and national public health experts to support and foster innovative models in our state that work towards equity and the best health outcomes possible.
